3 b Purpose The purpose of this investigation is to determine if color preference affect your choice. This is important because if I owned a bakery and every one liked blue cupcakes, I would make more blue cupcakes.

5 PROCEDURE

6 Clear bucket Color cubes Clip board
MATERIALS Clear bucket Color cubes Clip board

7 VARIABLE Manipulated-color Responding-color choices
Constant-cubes, bucket and number of cubes picked

8 directions Gather materials Fill clear bucket with gram cubes
Let some one pick out ten cubes and record their picks Ask them what their favorite color is and record their choice Determine if they picked more cubes that were their favorite color Repeat steps 2-5 with 5 more people Repeat steps 1-6 for four more trials

12 CONCLUSION My hypothesis was incorrect. Color preference does not effect your choice. The percentage of subjects who picked their favorite color was 48%. If I were able to do this again, I would have a section for names. When I test someone and then I test him or her again, they could know what I'm doing and it could effect my average.
