Trying to teach users new concepts as quickly as possible
Asking users to adopt a whole new set of behaviors
Requires an understanding of the learner and a design that acknowledges and works with their circumstances or environment

Read a book called “The Elements of User Onboarding”
“People don’t buy products, they buy better versions of themselves.”
Find the ways to least intrusively, but most effectively help users as they learn our software
