2 Diagram Rules Always done on blank paper drawn in pencil
diagrams must be at least 1/2 page in size

3 Use straight label lines; no arrows
Label lines never cross each other, but they may be angled close to the part. Use a ruler whenever possible The first letter of each label word should should be directly beneath one another.

5 Label lines should never never touch the label words.
The label line should touch the the object you intend to label. Titles are necessary, and are printed in ink only. All labels should be printed in pencil. No smudge marks.

6 Coloured pencils may be used
Coloured pencils may be used. As long as they do not cover up important lines. Diagram is drawn to the left of page, labels are on the right side only. No plural labels if you are pointing to only one thing.
