4 Switch off your phone when you go to bed or leave it downstairs

5 Put your phone on silent and switch off vibrate when you go to bed – your alarm will still work
?

6 Switch off your phone at least an hour before you go to bed
Switch off your phone at least an hour before you go to bed. Make time to focus just on YOU and nobody else ?

7 By doing this your brain will get the chance to switch off and you will get the time to focus on yourself and the things that are making you anxious and you will also sleep a lot better ?

8 Give Switching on to switching off a proper go and see the difference in your sleeping pattern, energy levels and stress levels. Your challenge
