2. Online nomination
Nominations should only be performed by an authorized person at
the sending institution and not by the students themselves.
BTH will only accept online nominations.
Nomination periods
Autumn semester 2019: March 1st – April15th
Academic year 2019/2020: March 1st – April 15th
Spring semester 2020: October 1st – November 15th

4. Step 1
EXAMPLE
First fill in the required information under Registration. You will then receive an for account activation. You will be asked to create a password. Use the password for Authentication.

5. Step 2– please fill in all the fields.

Plese note that for students from Outside Europe the English test is mandatory.

6. Application documents
Application documents should be uploaded in the application form.

7. Description of Application
Received application
Shows the date when the online application was made.
First evaluation step
This step is performed by International Office.
Second evaluation step
The evaluation is made by the admission officers at BTH.
If more information is needed or some information is
missing the student will be informed to send additional
documents.
Confirmation
Once the student is accepted to our exchange program
a letter of admission will be send.
