We’re taking a “wait and see” approach. Municipalities would benefit from the same.

Everything with a battery or plug.
Provides opportunities to create exceptions (medical devices, for example) while ensuring nothing is left out.
If no expansion in the initial phase, a clear timeline on when those products will become obligated.

Set the right target.
If the target is too low there will be a risk of orphan products being stockpiled or landfilled.
