Serve on the Ad Hoc Study Committee (usually 3 meetings) Read the Study Report and act on its recommendations Be an ambassador in the community for the PfP Vision

Eight Weeks Weeks One thru Three – Organize the Study Committee, prepare vision statement and list of interviewees Weeks Four thru Seven – 40 face to face interviews Week Eight – Prepare/present the Study Report

10 MJ&A Approach to Directing a Capital Campaign
If the Study Report is positive and, the Board votes to move forward, a campaign could require 24 to 30 months to complete.
