Reminders
Objectives:
Reading: We will continue using what we have learned about creating an action plan for a cause and incorporating that into our “How to Run an Animal Shelter” project.  This will be an in class project for the next 2 weeks.
Language: - Students will continue to work with editing sentences and using descriptive adjectives and correct verb tense in their writing (past, present, and future).  
Writing: Students will come up with ideas for writing fiction from their own lives, books they read, and their imagination.
Spelling Words: - None
Math: Students will continue basic multiplication and division this week.
Science: Students will continue to study butterflies this week.
Social Studies: Students will learn how technology creates change.
Homework this year is to practice math facts and read daily AND spend time with your family! Additional homework will be given from time to time to study for tests.
Conference Time: 1:30-2:25

Field Day – Thursday, April 18th
K-2nd (8:30-11:30) Students need to bring a sack lunch.
