Reading Logs are due on Friday.
Sign and return field trip permission slip if you haven’t already.
Objectives:
Reading: Students will study non-fiction text again this week. We will be reading Luke Goes To Bat this week. We will have our comprehension test 3/3.
Language: Students will study antonyms this week. We will have our vocabulary test 3/2
Writing: The focus will continue to be on research.
Spelling: Spelling Test Friday 3/3
Math: Second grade will continue to measure using different units of measurement. They will also be introduced to multiplication.
Science: Second graders will learn the characteristics of living things.
Social Studies: Students will enjoy studying facts about Texas over the next few weeks.
