Interims Sent home every quarter to every student at halfway point Those not yet demonstrating a consistent level of mastery will have comments Sign and return to teacher

Birthdays Please send in individual treats No cakes New option: Your child can choose to give the class 10 extra minutes of recess INSTEAD of a birthday treat on their birthday

Absences If your child is going to be absent: Email their teacher AND the office using the attendance email address or the hotline Transportation changes need to come in by 2:00 each day Extended absences No missing work provided for absences more than 2 days

Tidbits Snack Everyday at 10:00 (except Mondays) Healthy and quick/small Working snack Volunteers Room Parents Watch Weekly News for Volunteer requests Clothes In case of an accident, send in a change of clothes to keep in their cubby. Sweatshirt/lightweight jacket for classroom

Conferences Conferences are being held from October 8 th - November 15 th Monday Teacher workday limited slots available Available slots are on the calendars in the hallway Required first quarter, by appointment for other quarters If need a time that is not listed, contact your childs teacher
