4 Ike Athletic Booster Club
Boosters give us $$$$ per year, saving each player $ in registration fees and allowing us to upgrade equipment

5 Player Information and Registration
Link will be sent to all parents/players to Registration form Invitation will be sent out once assigned to a team to join team page on Teamsnap Web or Mobile Device compatible – Apple App Store and Google play Member & Fan Kickoff Guide

6 Communication Methods
Will be the primary platform used for the club Communications, registration & payment, rostering, game/practice schedules, game locations, volunteering, day-to-day notifications or urgent messaging Messages can be specific to each team and sent by coaches or club wide Website Spring – Lacrosse – Boys Varsity Social Media Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube

7 Sponsorships Sponsorships are $250
Game day announcements – multiple times during all home games. Banner posted at home games. Link to sponsor’s website from Eisenhower Athletics Page

8 Volunteers Important to the success of the Lacrosse program
Multiple volunteer positions needed during the season (8+ per game) Score keepers/ Time keepers Gate keepers Ball managers Videographer/ Photographer Concessions No prior experience required; easy learning curve Great way to get involved with the Lacrosse club Gain more exposure and understanding of the game Meet other parents, coaches, and players

9 Spirit Wear Custom Sporting Apparel and Equipment on site
Large selection of shirts, pullovers, hats, etc. Online store active and ready Store open now for 2 weeks to take orders Store will re-open closer to the start of the season lacrosse

10 Coaching Staff Boys Andrew Ferrari – Varsity Head Coach Kyle Potapa Ethan Hines Ryan Swiatkowski – Junior Varsity Head Coach Jake Zott Final assignments will be made when teams are established

11 Pre-Season Conditioning
Conditioning helps develop team comradery, athleticism and endurance. Conditioning has proven to provide significant results in all of these areas Allows us to focus on lacrosse when practice begins Conditioning will begin in January. Dates will be announced through TeamSnap Cardio/endurance and strength training Free Get/Stay in shape and have fun!

12 Tryouts PRIOR TO TRYOUTS ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE THESE ITEMS MUST BE COMPLETED AND TURNED IN ONLINE. Due no later than 3/8/2019 Lax Info Form FamilyID Physical Form Boys must have the following equipment for Tryouts: Helmet & Mouth guard, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, stick, cleats & tennis shoes Tryouts begin 3/11/2019 Location will be announced the week before tryouts. Weather plays a large part of the decision Teams: Boys Varsity Boys JV

Attitude Commitment Lacrosse IQ Stick Skills Athleticism Position/Role Availability Cuts are possible for Seniors Juniors, Sophomores and Freshmen who do not make Varsity will be moved to JV

16 Coaches’ Expectations
Issues & Concerns The player needs to speak with their captains first Player and/or captains can escalate issue to coaches If further discussion is needed, refer to the UCS Parent/Coach Communication guidelines Meetings can be set up with coaches, however please practice the 24 hour rule (48 hours would be best) If issue cannot be resolved through player/coach discussions, then please address the issue with the Eisenhower Athletic Director

17 Registration A link will be sent via and available on Week of January 14th ~$400 per player participation fee All required forms will be available through and collected via Teamsnap Lax Info Form FamilyID Physical Form Payment can be done via Teamsnap using credit or debit card. Checks will also be accepted.
