15 Position of adjectives
Opposite of English! a green car une auto verte a red book un livre rouge French adjectives come after the noun!

16 BAGS adjectives A few French adjectives come before the noun
B (beauty) beau, belle, joli(e) A (age) jeune, vieux G (goodness) bon, mauvais S (size) grand, petit une belle jeune fille un bon petit garçon

17 How to know what gender a noun is:
Memorize it! Look it up in a dictionary!

18 What doesn’t work to know what gender a noun is:
Look at the ending of the word Think about what the object looks like Think about who has the object Ask the teacher Does NOT work!
