Wanted What does the protagonist want, or what is the protagonist’s goal? But What is conflict in the story, or what is keeping the protagonist from his or her goal? So How is the conflict resolved, or how does the protagonist reach his or her goal? Then… What is the story’s denouement, or how does the story end?
