1. PARTY AND BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These conditions set out the basis on which we provide any booking. We are

Acknowledgement and acceptances of order. No contract will exist between
you and us until a deposit of 50% has been received by us. We reserve the right
prior to this stage to decline any request for a booking.
2. The payment for any booking will be due in the following instalments
A deposit of 50% must be submitted to us to secure a booking.
The balance of the price will be payable 7 days prior to the booking.
3. Seven days prior to your party you will provide us with your final party
numbers (including birthday child) and pay the remaining balance of your
booking in full.
4. Party bookings are for a minimum of 6 (including birthday child) and a
maximum of 14 (including birthday child)
5. If you wish to vary your booking after it has been agreed by us , you should
notify us no later than 48 hours prior to your booking. Where possible we will do
everything deemed reasonable and practical to us to accommodate your
request, however we are not obligated to agree to any variation.
6. We reserve the right to change the content of any booking or party
package without prior notice.
7. After number confirmation and full payment has been received, any number
Changes will not receive a refund in monetary value. However gift vouchers
may be given at the managements discretion.
8. Once we are in receipt of your final numbers , you are unable to increase
the number or have any additional guests on the day, this is due to our seating
capacity in the party area.
9. Subject to our sole discretion cancellations due to illness or other serious
factors may be rebooked without incurring and fee.
