4 Answers to Questions 1.A veto is a decision or proposals are by a law making body. 2.Veto makes laws to threaten people privately or publicly 3.The USA constitution has to return a veto bill.If the president doesn't veto the bill the bill automatically becomes a law. 4.A community would veto a pipeline because they are all about tradeoffs 5.Yes veto does does=no go. The power or right vested in a branch of government to cancel or postpone the decision. 6. No you don’t have to offer reasons
