Each of your health triangle is important to good health.
If one side of the triangle is small, it may decrease the size of the other sides. For example: A teen who skips meals and doesn’t get enough sleep may feel irritable and have trouble concentrating in school. By working to keep the sides you will be on your way to being a person.

Billy Billy is an excellent student. He spends most of his free time on his computer, so he doesn’t have much time for his family or friends. Billy keeps physically fit by jogging alone several times each week.
