1. Add the name of your region to the slide header
If you would like to use the map to indicate your geographic coverage:
1. From top menu, click Insert, click Shapes.
From the Shapes drop down, choose a shape (oval or the free hand scribble may work best)
Your cursor will appear as a cross. Move the cursor to where you want to place the shape
An opaque blue circle will appear.
Right click on the shape and click on Format Shape from the pop up menu
Click on Fill in the left hand column then click on No Fill. Click on Close.
You can then copy and paste the circle if you want to indicate coverage by BU.
You can change the color of the circle outline by right clicking on the shape, click on Format Shape the click on Line Color. Click on Solid Color then click to pick your desired color.
