Limited: The power of the government is limited and peoples’ rights are protected.
The people have a responsibility to vote and participate in the selection of government leaders and policy.
The people have specific rights that the government can not take away.
The government has power granted by the people written in a document (Ex: the Constitution).
The government works for the people.

Unlimited: The power of the government is not limited. The peoples’ rights are not protected, but are at the will of the leader.
