1. Boxing Dodge Ball Kahukura Bentson Objective
To throw a ball and hit a member of the other team below the neck.
The team who has no players left is the loser.
Rules
Balls must be thrown from inside your teams area.
Must be thrown using boxing stance and technique.
Ball must be thrown within five seconds of being picked up.
Ball can be passed to other team members.
On whistle team members run out and get balls.
One ball per person.
Players can be hit outside their area.

No time limit
More participants the larger the playing area.
Make playing areas closer or further away from opposition.
Change balls.
