10. Final placement in all courses will be determined by counselors after final grades and test scores are available in June.

11. On-Line Courses
If a student registers for an online course prior to May 24th, 2019, the 8th grade counselor must approve the course.
If a student decides to take a required 9th grade course on-line instead of on campus at East Ridge High School, the student must be registered for the course no later than July 31st. Otherwise, the required course will be on their schedule and may not be changed.
If a student registers for an online course while still in 8th grade, they need to change their FLVS demographics to show ERHS as the physical school site after May 24, 2019.

12. Scheduling Timeline
Students will receive their list of requested courses approximately May 20th for verification and/or changes.
Changes must be submitted to middle school counselor by May 24th.
Final grades and FSA/EOC scores released in June may cause changes to academics and electives.
Ninth grade students will receive their final schedule at Keys to the Kingdom on August 2nd or the 1st day of school at Guidance Express.
