6. STELA ENEVA Stela started to practice athletics actively in 2001. Stela started to practice athletics actively in 2001. Her first presentation in an international competition was in World Championship in France – 2002. There she was classified in class F43. She took seventh place in discus and tenth in shot put competing against athletes with one below knee amputation or with amputations of upper non-throwing extremities ( from F42 to F46). She set up World record in shot put, but took fourth place in this competition. There were no enough athletes with both legs amputations competing in standing position for finals in class F43. She was classified with competitors from classes F42 to F44, without receiving any coefficient again. 11. STELA ENEVA During big sports events everybody admires Stela. Because she is really unique. She is walking, moving, throwing so good, that some very important people obviously forget about her missing legs. After many protests and contestations they always promise to give her some coefficient for the next competition. But till now it never happened.

12. STELA ENEVA Stela`s sports career provokes several very interesting questions: If athletes with both normal legs compete against athletes without any legs why do Paralympic Games exist? The integration and inclusion will be complete!!!

13. STELA ENEVA Stela left a very good job, because she loves sport and believed that it is possible to be a champion. 14. STELA ENEVA From this Olympic Games the financial prizes for Olympians and paralympians in Bulgaria are the same. Some representatives of Ministry of Sport also had big expectations to get money on the paralympians` back. 15. STELA ENEVA At this moment the easiest way for Stela to be a champion and to win medals is to sit and compete in the wheelchair, like many other athletes with double below knee amputations.
