4 POTENTIAL CONCERT, AUGUST 2, 2014 CONTINUED… 4 RBOC expects to net approximately $2.4 million off non-football events Will need to provide additional resources due to increased activity Reason for this increase of events is concerts Artists teaming up to produce one show Four (4) shows in past year at Rose Bowl Stadium (Justin Timberlake/JayZ ; Eminem/Rhianna; Beyonce/JayZ) Ability to market direct to fans due to social media & access to fan clubs Renovation project success

5 Requested Action 5 Findings need to be made to allow 18 th event due to Arroyo Seco ordinance Additional event represents a unique opportunity that will enhance the stature of the Rose Bowl Stadium Revenue generating potential from additional event justifies its consideration Anticipated that this event will not create undue conflicts with Arroyo Seco activities taking place at the same time Event does not impose undue adverse impacts on the surrounding residential area

6 RBOC INPUT FROM 4-21 6 RBOC Comments from 4-21 meeting Priority should be on event management and resources needed to be provided in recognition of increased activity Neighborhood management also needs to be top priority given increased activity in 2014 Events before RBOC are tremendous opportunity and long term success is attainable. If this means more expenditures need to occur to assure top event management, strongly encouraged
