9 LCAP Advisory Committee
Purpose meet up to 4 times per school year provide input for the following processes: the parent/student/staff survey the structure of the LCAP Community Forums Structure of Committee District Staff Members School Administrators Classroom Teachers Middle School Students Parents and Community Members Work Plan Timeline Tasks to complete October 16 Introductions Review purpose for committee Agreement on meeting dates Outreach and education (forums, surveys) Begin discussion on Forum structure December 11 Strategic Survey Design Workshop - Panorama Education January 10 Finalize Forum structure Assign roles April 9 Debrief of Survey and Forums
