2 3rd National Objectives To provide a platform for Primary School students to develop an interest in computer programming through game development. It serves as an opportunity for students to showcase their work and hone their presentation and communication skills. Organised by Springfield Secondary School & Regent Secondary School Supported by Computer Education Unit/ CPDD (Science)/MOE

3 Competition INFO 3rd National This year topic is Cloud Computing
The coding for the Game is done using Scratch (ver 2.0) Each team is expected to create a game. In the game, will have an opening animation (describe about the game and how the game is being played). Examples of the opening animation is shown in slides 5&6.

All sprites, backgrounds, sounds and game documentation must be zipped <schoolname_teamname> and send through to In Game Documentation, under Resources, the team needs to fill up all the name of the sprites, backgrounds and sound and also where the resources are obtain from. *WARNING* No Game Codes must be saved and send together in the .

Coding will be held at Regent Secondary School, The RANGE (Level 4) A time limit of 2.5 hours (2.30pm to 5pm) is allocated to complete the game code A surprise element will be introduce during the competition. No Internet Access will be given during that time 3.00 – 4.00 pm Tea Break, outside The RANGE 4.00 – 5.00 pm Time out (10 mins) To see teachers at library (Level 1) (if necessary)
