2. Site C-2 Remedial Action Work Plan Clarification (WPC) No. 41 – Borrow soils sampling and excavation plan. Construction Start Date – 7/16/07. Excavation/Stabilization/Disposal of contaminated soils from 63 grids at Site C-2. Placement of approximately 38,000 cubic yards (cy) of fill material and 5,000 cy of topsoil for the soil cover construction (58 Grids and portions of the ditches required a minimum of 4 feet of soil cover due to contamination remaining in place).
