We have led high profile projects across the UK aimed at: Improving data quality Workforce modelling for planning Improving efficiency in data reporting Designing and implementing GPFV data collections Meeting regulatory and national standards Service redesign and implementation of best practice Embedding the use of regular reporting in SMT meetings Coaching and skills development in creating dashboard Supported the development of a new GPFV dedicated data collection including developing survey questions, identifying relevant data items, establishing working relationships with NHS Digital, agreeing data processes and implementing data reporting. Developed a needs and evidence based approach to allocate workforce targets to STPs. Developed a regional Milestone Tracker to monitor CCG/STP progress towards key GPFV targets. Used workforce modelling approaches to support the region reviewing potential workforce scenarios including the impact of workforce initiatives, predict gap from the target. Performed a review of the analytical methodology developed by NHS Digital to estimate workforce joiners and leavers, produced a summary of limitations, developed SQL code for an alternative methodology and compiled a list of recommendations . Developed the M&E Improving data quality work stream, establishing regular meetings to ensure anticipated delivery, managing risks and issues accordingly. Data specialists can support and build upon available data in order to interpret and make best use of information to monitor progress and inform future policy. Consultants within our team can provide expertise in: Improving data quality Cancer KPI analysis Improving efficiency in data reporting Production of trust specific cancer analysis Modelling of future 62 day performance and PTL analysis Analysis of impact of funding initiatives against KPI’s Embedding the use of regular reporting in governance groups Coaching and skills development in creating performance packs Supported and developed the analysis function to support the NHSE initiative of increasing capacity to deal with the increase in referrals across all tumour types (cancer). Co-ordinated and managed the distribution of £10m additional funding to regional teams to support performance recovery and pathway improvement through delivery of agreed actions. Worked directly with relevant stakeholders, including regional teams and Cancer Alliances, to ensure the effective use of resources and delivery of agreed actions through analysis and impact analysis. Monitoring and assessing the delivery of agreed actions and impact of the additional funding, through producing monthly analytical and insight reports (to include data submitted by regional teams).
