This was to create interest with agents who had buyers looking in your area. Posted about your home on Facebook and Instagram to drum up interest before it was listed. Listed your home in the MLS. Posted your home on more than 25 websites, including all the big real estate sites along with those of our competitors. Sent out postcards to your neighborhood alerting them of your home being placed on the market. Send out s to area Coldwell Banker agents to let them know when your home was listed. Sent out s to area Coldwell Banker agents to alert them of our broker and public open houses.

3 Had high quality brochures designed for the open houses.
Had high quality post cards designed to advertise our open houses to the neighborhood. Posted open houses on social media, my agent and personal websites. Posted flyers in your community at restaurants, parks, and other public locations. Held broker and public open houses. Followed up with every person that came through until I was certain they weren’t interested. Conducted showings for interested buyers. Followed up with those buyers until I knew they weren’t interested. Followed up with the agents of buyers who indicated they were interested in our listing until I knew they weren’t interested. Reviewed market activity and adjusted price accordingly. Advertised new price through company-wide s, social media, MLS, my personal and agent websites. Contacted previously interested buyers about our new price in case they might reconsider and make an offer.

4 What I Will Do This Time Put your home in the MLS.
Post on social media, my agent and personal websites about our listing. Recontact buyers who were previously interested about your home coming on the back on the market with the new price to see if they’ll reconsider and make an offer. Send out a company-wide about our listing being live and the open house. Post our listing on 25+ websites.

5 Place an ad in the Chicago Sun Times at my own expense featuring the unique details of your home, distinguishing it from other homes on the market. Making sure to feature the details that other homes don’t have in all my marketing, making it more competitive. Place an ad on Facebook at my own expense. Create events for our virtual and public open houses on Facebook. Post about our open houses on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. Post about your home on my agent and personal websites. Host the virtual and public open houses, at my own expense.

6 Have high quality postcards designed to send out to your community.
Send out postcards to your community about your home’s new price and the public open house. Follow up with any agents whose buyers indicate they’re “interested” in your home. Schedule and conduct showings for interested buyers. Follow up with buyers who have showings or attend the open houses. Contact agents who have sold recently in the neighborhood to catch any other active buyers.

7 I will be closely monitoring the market to make sure we’re competitive and text you weekly reports so you can see review it on your own time. In short, I am going to do everything I can to get a buyer and sell your home. All the while, making sure you’re on board and informed. My goal is to sell your home as quickly as possible at the highest price possible. So I’m going to do everything I can to make sure that happens. If I run across any other ideas that I can employ to accomplish this goal, I will let you know about them. Feel free to let me know what you think. Hopefully, this is what we’ll be seeing soon.
