Die winter is beslis hier, maar ons gaan nie dat ʼn bietjie koue ons afskrik – ons volgende Sosiale Klub braai is weer om die draai.
Daar is darem niks lekkerder as om die vure aan te steek en lekker saam te kuier nie – ons sien vreeslik uit daarna om julle daar te sien!

2. Sani2C + L’monfizz All 4500 Sani2c mountain bikers, got a yummy Magalies L'monfizz in their goodie bags at registration. Magalies also had a L'monfizz booth at Sani2c registration.

5. Belinda het die 10km voltooi in 01: 04, Joanne se tyd was 1h19 vir die 10km, Erica het die 21km in 3h58 voltooi en Goodwill het weereens uitstekend gedoen in die 42 km maraton, hy het 6de gekom met ʼn tyd van 02:34:15.

7. O is for Orange
Because oranges do not spoil easily and are full of vitamin C during the years of world exploration sailors planted orange and other citrus trees along trade routes to prevent scurvy which is a disease that develops from a deficiency of vitamin C.
