4 Physically, where in my body am I feeling shame?
Emotionally, what emotions am I feeling? Mentally, what are the shame voices telling me? Socially, how am I reacting to shame?

5 ➁ Find & Replace – Find the lie and replace it with God’s truth!

6 ❣ I am a delightful creation, because God made me very good!
Genesis 1:31 God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. Psalm 139:14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;

7 ❣ I experience God’s presence, because the Holy Spirit lives inside me!
1 Corinthians 6:19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?

8 ❣ I have a significant identity, because the Lord calls me by name!
Isaiah 43:1 (ESV) But now thus says the LORD, he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine.”

9 ❣ I feel a welcome acceptance, because I belong to Jesus!
John 10: I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. ❣ I feel a welcome acceptance, because I belong to Jesus!

10 ❣ I am gladly included, because I have been declared clean!
Acts 10:15 The voice spoke to him a second time, “Do not call anything impure that God has made clean.” Isaiah 1:18 “Come now, let us settle the matter,” says the LORD. “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool.”

11 ❣ I am deeply loved by God, and he is pleased with me!
Luke 3:22 And a voice came from heaven: “You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased.”

12 God thinks of me as a person of value and I need to agree with him!
