2. About AccurioPro Connect Licensing
AccurioPro Connect is licensed by Active Inputs and User Licenses

3. Active Inputs
ACTIVE INPUTS Input Folder Collects from local or network folders
LPR In Collects print jobs from an LPR Client like the Windows Printer Queue.
Google Cloud Print Receives Google Cloud print jobs.
FTP In
Collects files from FTP Servers.
HTTP In Receives files uploaded through a web service.
An active input is a point of entry into a running or scheduled workflow.
The following AccurioPro Connect collection points are considered “active inputs”:

FTP In
HTTP In
A workflow can have one or many active inputs

4. How Are Active Inputs Counted?
Active Inputs are counted across multiple workflows by the following:
Same IP Address/Host Name for:
- SMTP In
- Device
Input Folder Path
LPR Queue Name
FTP Server Folder Path
HTTP In URL
C:\Folder\Path
LPR_PORT1
FTP://Folder/Path

5. Active Input Example: 1 Active Input
1st Example: If an Input Folder or Device is used in multiple workflows and is collecting from the same directory or location, it is only counted as a single active input.

2nd Example: One workflow with an FTP In node and HTTP In node – each consuming one active input.

3rd Example: 4 separate active inputs: HTTP In, LPR In, Input Folder and FTP In are collecting files for this workflow – 4 total active inputs are counted.

10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 or 1,000 users
Additional Active Inputs are not required for licensing
Licenses are activated per named user
