Government of Ukraine has necessary tools and information to prepare and publish good, timely and reliable food forecasts

A permanent consultation mechanism needs to be established
FAO is ready to provide support with its partners from the international financing institutions:
improve crop production and input availability to farmers through new pre-harvest financing instruments
better transparency in key data collection systems
guidance on trigger policy levels and instruments.
