Wainwright, Miranda v. Arizona, In re Gault, Tinker v. Des Moines, Hazelwood v. Kuhlmeier, United States v. Nixon, and Bush v. Gore. Essential Question: What are the outcomes of select landmark Supreme Court cases? Why are these cases significant?
