3. How might we do it?
Regional Innovations Forum - development of an open-membership, values-based regional care provider forum.
Delivering Change Together – hosting ‘Big Community Conversations’ with citizens across the West Wales Region and using technology to provide a unique and engaging online discussion forum
Creating a shared understanding of common challenges faced by the sector and around what members of our communities value, foster collaboration and solutions and create space for innovation around outcomes- focussed service delivery by focussing on what matters.

A blended approach –traditional, face to face engagement and enhancing this with technology – maximise participation
Use physical space, conversations, presentations etc as a platform for sharing ideas, sharing learning and debating topics to create a shared understanding and shared vision
Explore the themes of the WWCP Area Plan and gather understanding around what this means for people in our communities.
