3 Mental Activity Today you are going to count on and back in fives.
I will give you a starting number. How many questions can you answer?

4 5, 10, 15, What comes next? 35, , 15. What is missing? How many is four fives? How many fives in 45?

5 Give me two numbers with a difference of 5.
What is 5 more than ...? What is 5 less than ...? Give me two numbers with a difference of 5.

6 Main Activity Today we are going to tell the time when it is half past
quarter to or quarter past.

8 How many numbers does a clock face have?

10 Clockwise is the way the clock hands move.

45 minutes is three-quarters of 60 minutes. Show the same time on an analogue clock face.

17 Top Tip There are 24 hours in the day.
There are twelve numbers marked on a clock. Each time will be visited twice each day – morning and then afternoon or evening.
