CLASSROOM FORMAT SOLUTIONS Use the default process for installation Download the plugin from moodle.org It is very easy to install the Classroom format plugin. You just have to follow usual steps you are already used to. You can download it from: moodle.org/ plugins/format_classroom © eNyota Learning Inc. 2018

CLASSROOM FORMAT SOLUTIONS Add location: After installation of the plugin you can now add a location which will be used for creating a course in Classroom Course Format. Step 1: Go to Site administration > Plugins > Course Format > Classroom Format – Settings Step 2: Click the Manage Location link Step 3: Click the Add Location button Step 4: Enter the mandatory details in the form Step 5: Click the Submit button © eNyota Learning Inc. 2018

CLASSROOM FORMAT SOLUTIONS Add classroom for a location: After adding a location into the system, you will be redirected to a screen where you will find the list of added Locations and a link call “Add Classroom” for each location. Follow the steps to add a classroom for a Location: Step 1: Click the “Add Classroom” link of a Location © eNyota Learning Inc. 2018

CLASSROOM FORMAT SOLUTIONS Add classroom course: Once you are done with the adding of a Location and its classroom, you are ready to add a Classroom course. Follow these steps: Step 1: In the course screen you will find the Manage Session button. Please note: if course editing is turned on then Manage Session button will be enabled whereas if editing is turned off then Manage Session button will be disabled. So, turn on editing mode by clicking the “Turn editing on” link which you will find under the gear wheel icon. Step 2: Click the Manage Session button © eNyota Learning Inc. 2018
