2. Step 1
To start your incorporation please go to our website at and click “Order Now”. If you are a registered user, you will need to log in by clicking on “Login” button in the right corner at the bottom of the page. Then enter your username and password and click “Login”. Next you need to select the required company package and click “Proceed”. For first time users there is no need to log in at this stage, so you can proceed with incorporation of the company right away by selecting the required company package and then click “Proceed”.
You will be presented with the “Company Incorporation” screen where you will need to enter your new company details. Please check the company name before entering the details. To check the name please enter the desired name into the “Company Name” field and click “Check Availability”.

3. Step 2
Enter your Company Registered Address. Alternatively, you can use our registered address by selecting the appropriate box. Then go to the Authorised Share Capital section. Please enter your company share details. If you wish to use our Same Day Guarantee Incorporation service please tick the appropriate box and click “Proceed”.
At Directors, Secretary and Shareholders section you are given the option to select our nominee officers. If you do not wish to use our nominee services please click “Proceed”. Then please enter details of your company Directors, Secretary and Shareholders. If you find you do not have all the relevant information to hand, each step can be carried out individually and completed at your leisure. Once all the details are entered and verified please click “Add Officer” and then click “Proceed”.
Next you will be offered to select additional services. Please select as many services as you wish and then click the Proceed button.

4. Step 3
At “Report Page For” please check carefully and verify all the details you entered and once you are happy please click Proceed button. Alternatively, if any of the details need to be amended please click “Edit this section” and make the necessary changes. Then please click “Proceed”.
As a final step of incorporation you will need to provide us with your contact details. Please make sure you fill in all the fields marked by asterisks and press “Proceed”.
“Shopping Basket” is the next page where you can either approve and buy all items that you’ve selected or remove and edit as many of them as you like. Please press “Checkout” to proceed to the payment page.
At the Payment Page you will be requested to enter your billing and shipping details and select the method of payment. If you selected to pay by PayPal you will enter the PayPal payment page, where you will need to enter your credit card details and can print out a confirmation of the payment.
