1. Jobs
The jobs button will show how many jobs are in your queue. Tap there to see your jobs

2. Jobs List
Any assigned jobs will show in a list. Your dispatcher may have added them in the most efficient order for your route, but you can complete them in any order if needed.

3. Jobs - Tasks
Tap on any job to see the steps for completion and details of the job. Navigation or “go to” steps include a Depart button which will mark the time of departure. The Navigation Arrow will bring up your navigation app for turn by turn directions.

4. Jobs - Tasks
Each step will have its own requirements for completion. When filling out a form, tap on a field to add information your company requires. Some fields will be required and highlighted in yellow.

Some fields will have a selector tool to choose a preset option.

6. Jobs - Tasks
Time fields will have a clock and calendar to select another time, or use the Now button to add the current time and date.

7. Jobs – Form
If there is a Picture/Scan field, your tablet’s camera will activate allowing you to take a photo to upload with your form. Make sure to save.

8. Jobs – Signature
Tap a signature line to bring up the signing box. Use your finger or stylus to sign.

9. Jobs – Print
When you choose print, there will be a Choose Printer button to select your connected printer.

10. Jobs – Task Completion
Save your progress at anytime, even without finishing the task/form

11. Jobs – Task Completion
After completing any job task click Save & Complete

12. Jobs – Task Completion
You will see a message to complete any forgotten fields when using the Save & Complete button.

13. Jobs – In Progress
When looking at your task list, any completed step will be a lighter color. Any steps in progress will show “In Progress”

14. Jobs – Navigate
Any navigation step will have a navigate button to open your google maps or Magellan app for turn by turn directions. Tap the Arrive button when you reach your destination. Your departure and arrival times are available for view here. If you need to change those times, click in the fields to override the system generated times from clicking the depart and arrive buttons.

15. Self Dispatch
Use New on your jobs page to self dispatch a job while in the field.

Choose the type of job or job template from your list of job types and fill out the appropriate fields. Your list will differ from this screenshot.

Job Name: this number can be changed to anything you want
Job Description: this is the ticket type you selected. It can be changed to anything you want.
Notes: add any notes you want
Target: this is the landmark/location you choose to add. See next screen.

18. Self Dispatch
Target: use the search to look for the landmark you will use as your target, or if you are already at your location, it may show in the nearby list. Tap to add.

19. Self Dispatch
If the job type requires multiple locations, you can tap on any of the Go To steps to add the necessary locations.

20. Self Dispatch
Any self dispatched jobs will show in your jobs list. Complete the job as normal.
