We use ‘must’ or ‘mustn’t’ to tell people what they have to / don’t do.
We sometimes use ‘must’ or ‘mustn’t’ in school rules.
e.g. You must keep quiet in the library
 You have to keep quiet in the library.
e.g. You mustn’t eat or drink in the library.
 You cannot eat or drink in the library.
