12. 2. The first part of this individual assignment is to extensively analyse the situation related to the problem you selected. Extensive analysis means you should include (but not limited to) the following aspects:
2.1 Key terms and concepts specifically being used in the context of the problem (e.g. what is considered as drug abuse; what is mental health)
2.2 Enough statistical data (e.g. the rate of death accidents in the past five years)
2.3 Underlying reasons (e.g. possible reason why mental health is related with work/family)

13. The second part of this group assignment is to propose as many possible solutions to the problem as you can. Different solutions probably have different quality (creativity, practicality, low-cost). You have to describe on each possible solution you propose. But, the main activity in this part is to come out with as many possible solution as you can.
The third part of this group assignment is to decide on which solution you think the best. Provide your justification on why you decide this solution and not others in the list.
