An Extranet (=Internet for restricted group of users) application (initially for Eurostat) developed by the IDA Programme (Interchange of Data between Administrations) of the EU
The electronic workplace of EIONET (called CIRCLE, ~ 56 Interest Groups)
Freeware for administrations
