1 2019 Mt. Hebron High School AP Registration in Naviance
Submit registration and money by March 29th to avoid late fees! Access Naviance from your HCPSS.me account. Students (not parents) must log in to Naviance using their own username (student id – found on schedule or report card) and school password.

2 On the Naviance homepage, click the “About Me” tab on the top to find “My Surveys”. If you haven’t started the registration process, choose, “Surveys Not Started.” If you have started and saved it to finish later, choose, “Surveys in Progress.” You will see the survey listed. Step 1 – Locate the surveys under “About Me.” Step 2 – “My Surveys” Step 3 – Either “Surveys Not Started” or “Surveys in Progress” Step 4 – Click on the “2019 AP Exam Registration” survey

3 Read the information at the top regarding deadlines, late fees and fee waivers (if applicable). Answer all required questions, print, sign and return to school with payment before the deadline.

4 Choose your AP Exams! Mark the exams you plan to take. Check that you have indicated the correct course as some are similar: English LANGUAGE & Composition (grade 11) English LITERATURE & Composition (grade 12) Calculus AB Calculus BC Physics 1 AP Physics C – Mechanics Physics C – Electricity and Magnetism Macroeconomics Microeconomics Computer Science A Computer Science Principles Studio Art – Drawing Studio Art – 2D Studio Art 3D

5 Accomodations If you need accommodations for testing, they must already be on file with College Board. This is done through your counselor. You will indicate that you have approval on your registration form.

6 Fee Waivers Students experiencing financial challenges may request fee waivers. Fee waivers are only granted for students who meet the following criteria:

7 After selecting exams, you will indicate the total number of exams and the fees due.

8 Save and Finish? Complete the rest of the form.
At the bottom you can click either: SAVE AND COME BACK OR SAVE AND FINISH Important: If you click “SAVE AND FINISH,” you will not be able to make any changes to the registration form.

Your survey responses should appear on this page. Depending on whether you are using a Mac or PC : Go to File Print Preview OR open the menu at top right of screen and select Print.

11 After you print a copy of this form, have your parent sign in all indicated spaces.

Registration questions?? - See Dr. Kiehl in room 109 or her at Important Dates to Remember! Regular Registration: March 1st through March 29th. Checks must be received by 2:30pm on the 29th and online payments by 11:59pm. Late registrations will be accepted from April 1st- April 5th. All registrations submitted during the late registration window will incur a $55/per test late fee. All registration closes at 2:30pm on Friday, April 5th. Refunds can be requested through Friday, April 12th.
