Log onto StudentVue
Find the tab Course Request

6. To choose the course you want to take next year you will select the
Classes you have passed are in white
Classes you need to take are in yellow

7. Enter Course Choices in StudentVue
Type in either the course code or name (i.e. ENG200 or Sophomore English)
You will make 12 course selections (i.e. ENG200A and ENG200B) Classes will be listed as separate semesters
You will need to choose both semester A and B.

8. Type in the course ID or the course name Select search

9. 2. Move the class you choose to your Course Request by clicking here
You will need to select both A & B when choosing classes A is 1st semester B is 2nd semester

10. The class you chose will appear in your Selected Course Request
To select your next class, click on the Return to course request summary box and repeat the process for all of your classes.

11. The class you selected will appear in your requests
You will continue to select classes until you have 6 classes or 12 complete lines
These can be changed to reflect your school’s specific rules.

12. If you use the class name for your search, multiple classes may appear.
Simple request the correct class both A & B and click to move to your selected courses

13. Now it is time to move on to choosing Alternate classes
You have completed your course selection when you have 12 lines of classes

14. You will choose 2 alternate classes
You will choose 2 alternate classes. These classes will be used if you are not able to get your first choice.
Instead of choosing Request choose Alternate. Make sure you choose semesters A & B

15. These classes will save automatically
You have completed your registration when you have 12 classes in the Course Request and 4 classes in the Alternate Request.

16. To check what classes you have taken and the grade you received
Go to the Course History Tab

17. You can see your Grades and your Graduation status

18. In the Documents Tab you can see your transcript
These can be changed to reflect your school’s specific rules.

19. Online registration MUST be complete by the following days
Freshmen: Monday Jan 28th
Registration will be in your World History class
Sophomores: Thursday Jan 31st
Registration will be in your English class
Juniors: Monday Feb 4th
Registration will be your American History class.
If you are not enrolled in one of these class please see your counselor.
