1. To download pictures to your computer:
If you have a cord for your camera, attach cord to your camera and then to your computer. Turn on camera.
If you have a memory card in your camera, take out of camera and insert memory card into computer.
Automatic window should come up asking what you want to do:
Select “download pictures”. Window will come up asking where do you want to save them. Select “my picture” or where ever else you want to save them on your C drive. Write down where you are saving them so you can go to that later.
OR go to Walgreens and have them make you a cd disc. You will use this cd disc just like another hard drive on your computer. (you cannot change files on the cd but you can copy to your computer.)
You can change how you view the files that hold your pictures.
Click on a view that will allow you to know what picture you want to select to . I suggest you write down the name (number) of the picture you want to save. Pictures will usually come in with just a # for the file name. You can change the name of the picture by right mouse clicking and select “rename”. This also helps you indentify your pictures.
In the “views” on the menu, click on the little arrow right next to “views”. List will come up.
Change to “large icons”
File will change from words to picture you can see.
Write down the full name of the file for the pictures you want to

2. To send pictures on your computer to someone through email:1 2
This is picture of Yahoo Mail screen. Find where to attach files are in your server. Click on “attach files”. Window as shown below will come up showing files on your computer.
Locate where you have imported your pictures from your camera to your computer. Select pictures to send.
You can do one at a time , multiple in a row by holding down the “shift” key, or selecting various ones by holding down “control” key. You might not be able to send more than 4 pictures at a time without taking further steps, so just send multiple s if you want to send more than 4 pictures
After you have selected pictures your server may take a short time to load them. After they are loaded, press “send” 3 4
