Function Plasma/Cell Membrane’s function is to maintain homeostasis
This is done by controlling what goes in and out of the cell. The plasma membrane is able to do this because of the membrane being selectively permeable.

Polar Head ->Hydrophilic Nonpolar Tail -> Hydrophobic

Terms to Know Hydrophobic = water fearing Hydophilic = water loving
Polar Head = glycerol + phosphate Hydrophilic Nonpolar Tails = fatty acid tails hydrophobic
