6. The Vice President
The Vice President has two Constitutional duties: serve as head of the Senate, and, in the case of an accident, determine if the President is unfit to hold office.

7. Presidential Succession
If the President dies, the Vice President takes over, then the Speaker of the House, then the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, then Secretary of State….

8. The Cabinet
The President Appoints a special group of advisors called the Cabinet. Each represents a different government department.
The cabinet includes the heads of: Education, Labor, Veteran’s Affairs, Homeland Security, the Treasury, and 14 other departments
