2 Scope and Relevance of the Subject
What is a pest? Pest is a destructive insect or other animal that attacks crops, food, livestock, etc Large scale damage to crops, food, and human life too if left uneradicated. Pest management, is one of the priority areas, in the industrial, agricultural, and health care sector. Experts in this field are highly valued professionals and get well paid !!!!

Paddy Cockroaches Sugarcane House flies Vegetables Mosquitoes Fruits Rodents Pests cause greater damage to food grains, crop damage, and fatal to human health. Major viral and bacterial disease are caused by these pests Ex:Dengue caused by Mosquito(Aedes) Leptospirosis caused by rodents

Number of natural, chemical pest control chemicals available in the market E.g. Malathion (Bayer) Endosulphan (ADAMA Chemicals) Indiscriminate use of pesticides, caused several diseases and also a major cause for environmental pollution. Solution for this Problem IPM!!!!!”

Identification and working knowledge about the different types of Pests Knowledge about all the latest pest control equipment and different pesticides, such as rodenticides(rats), insecticides(insects) available in the market Gain knowledge as to how, when, what and where to use these pesticides, and in safe dosages, so as to keep the pests under check or to totally eradicate them BECOME A PEST CONTROL EXPERT AND START A CONSULTANCY!!!
