Arrive at school usual time on Thursday
Arrive back at school at 4pm on Friday

3. Safety
All sites have been visited by staff prior to visiting to make sure they are still up to the standard we expect.
Rooms in YHA are in a sealed section which only Carlton have access to.

4. Timetable
Thursday – all day at Eden Camp. Bus leaves for York around 3pm.
Thursday evening on site at YHA – evening meal and evening activity.
Friday morning – breakfast at YHA then walk into York for a workshop and art activities at art gallery. Lunch provided by YHA.
Leaving York around 3, aiming to be back at school for 4.

5. Kit list
Eden Camp is outside and can be muddy, please ensure your child is dressed appropriately for this on the Thursday.
We are away for one day – please don’t send them with a packed suitcase.
All meals are provided so avoid packing sweets.
No electric items are permitted (phones/games etc)
Go through the kit list with your child so they know what’s in their bags.

6. Food and drink
Packed lunch on Thursday – preferably disposable containers
Water bottle
Consider likelihood of things being lost as we move about – don’t bring favourite items.

7. Individual needs Consent forms!
Individual needs to be discussed with class teacher.
All medicines to be given to Mrs Wilkin on Thursday morning, labelled with dosage and named.
