No direct upgrade from SP-13 to SP-19, user must upgrade it to SP-16 and then SP-19
Must ensure that content databases are SharePoint 2016 RTM versioned
Content DB will be in locked state if it is not with RTM versioned
Once it is migrated all the pages with classic view will remain same
List(s) & library(s) will be rendered in modern view
Classic sites will remain same, but you can create modern pages in that
