2. The ImPact Communications Appliance
The ImPact Communications Appliance (ICA) is an integrated hardware and software platform that collects live data from Mine Site Technologies' voice, tracking and networking systems. The ICA interfaces seamlessly with these systems, giving you an all-in-one solution for tracking, voice comms, reporting, and safety/alarm monitoring.

3. The Administration Console
The equipment settings for the ICA are handled in The Administration Console – a software tool that handles the equipment settings for the ICA.
You can easily:
Create personnel, asset and vehicle records
assign tracking tags or equipment to specific people
define map areas and zones, and
administer voice and Push-To-Talk functions for MinePhones.
