3 Major Body of Water The Loire River is the longest river in France. It flows north and west for 634 miles to the Atlantic Ocean.

4 Highest Point Mont Blanc is the highest point in France. Its elevation is 15,777 feet.

5 Most Popular Sports France has many popular sports. These include rugby, basketball, football (soccer), and more.

6 A French Festival of Artistry
The festival Paris Quartier d’été is a festival that is evidence to France’s liking for joy-filled celebrations and artistry. During the event, people can attend free (or moderately-priced) performances of circus, theatre, dance and concerts that are held near parks, monuments, and indoors at some times.

7 Most Exported Good & A Famous Company
The most exported good in France is mostly machinery, such as computers. A famous company that originated in France in Ubisoft. This company made video games like Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, and more.

19 Climate The 3 main climate regions of France are oceanic (cool summers, and usually cool, but sometimes cold winters) in the west, continental (warmer summers, and colder, snowy winters than the west) in the east and in Central France, and Mediterranean (cool winters, hot summers, and not a lot of rainfall) in the south.

20 Languages The official language of France is French, which is spoken by about 96% of their population. Other languages like English, Spanish, etc is spoken by about 4%.

21 Relationship With the U.S.
The US and France have had a good, strong, and diplomatic relationship with the U.S. since 1778 because of the United States' declaration of independence from Great Britain. The French were our allies in the Revolutionary War.
